    Product Description
    Our high capacity Cable Laid Grommets are suitable for heavy duty operations.
    They are endless wire rope lifting slings made from one continuous length of steel wire rope, formed to make a body composed of 6 outer ropes around a core rope, featuring 6 x 37 (a), 6 x 61 (a), 8 x 61 (a) and 8 x 61 (ab) construction, with 1770 MPa in tension strength. The rope ends are tucked into the body forming the core.
    Due to its unique construction of one length of single rope and no terminations, a Cable Laid Grommet is the perfect link between hook and load. It also offers the shortest possible solution in lifting. Highly flexible, they resist kinks and are easy to handle.
    They have higher load capacity than general usage Cable Laid Grommet, while with the same rope diameter.
    Main features:
    - Forms a continuous loop sling
    - Available in a wire rope or six strand body
    - Mechanical or hand spliced connections
    - Steel core for higher carrying capacities.

    2. The above metioned wire ropes feature 6 x 37 (a), 6 x 61 (a), 8 x 61 (a) and 8 x 61 (ab) construction, with 1770 MPa in tension strength.
    3. Surface treatment of wire ropes can be galvanized and grease free, galvanized with grease and uncoated with grease.
    4. The wire rope structure, tensile strength and working load limited could be customized according to customer's request.
    5. Minimum Breaking Load is 5 times of Working Load Limited.
    6. Safety factor is 5:1 for the above mention wire ropes with rope diameter of below 60mm, and rope diameter above 150mm with a safety factor of 3:1.
    7. Higher load capacity than the general usage Cable Laid Grommet, while with the same rope diameter.
